"The bathroom needs cleaning. There are black mold on the bathroom tiles. During our stay of 3 nights, we only have hot water shower the first night. The location is good and close to the beach, but that is the only good thing about this place."

The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, clean, and comfortable with a sleek industrial design. Google Maps had a problem finding this place -- the location shown was almost correct, but it took us to a small dead-end street on the backside of the BnB/hotel, which did not get us there.
