"We found the Aloft staff to be generally helpful and very friendly. The property had very good amenities was well fitted and comfortable. Laundry facilities were very good and common areas were well appointed. Anne, Michael and Aaron shone out as helpful and very willing to provide good service in this relatively new property. "As a first time traveller to Germany from the UK, I was slighly sceptical about using Hotel Spahr. But to my surprise this place was amazing, parking was easy. Unfortunately when I arrived it was evening time so parking around the front had been taken. But the gentleman who runs the front desk opened the underground garage for me and allowed me to park there for the two nights that I stayed. I didn't even know there was an underground garage. It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located. "We visited here on a 2 week winter trip to Germany. Front desk staff was friendly and enthusiastic. They greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was especially spectacular! This hotel was the unanimous favorite of our family. On top of that, Rothenburg ob der Tauber was super cool. We loved it here and wanted to come back and stay longer."
