"I’ve been to Stuttgart plenty times and never knew about this hotel! It’s beautiful, safe, clean and the receptionist was pleasantly nice/attentive and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to Ludwigsburg. "

"The hotel is just off the main shopping area so there are lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. It was also within walking distance of the massive christmas market (this was one of the reason I chose it). On first view the inside of the hotel looks quite dated - lots of dark wood everywhere. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.We were given a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor. "Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

"The Hotel is convenient because it is close to the airport. Only meal offered is breakfast. There is a catch with parking: it is free to park on the spots outside, but when you enter the garage it is EUR 17. There is a sign, but you cant see it in the dark. "

"Amazing hotel, we were very comfortable staying at Best Western hotel. The staff was welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have private parking which was for 10€ for 24 hours and breakfast for around 13€ but worth it! Will definitely stay again"

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. "Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs."

"Beautiful spot, lovely interior and great food. When we checked in for our two night stay the Staff member only put one day on our card. The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Really? Very unprofessional. "

"I absolutely recommend this hotel. And it was just the right distance away from Stuttgart to play in the big city and then retreat to the small town. The weight room was nice and the pool was even better than expected. "
