Le pommeau de douche était entartré et avec un petit pare douche il y avait de l'eau partout. Le sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas. Dans le couloir il y avait un bar à tisane à disposition... bonne idée sauf qu'il n'y a jamais eu de sachet pour mettre la tisane durant notre tisane... j'ai demandé à la réceptionniste et elle n'a pas trouvé les sachets. "Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. If we had not challenged this would not have been changed. There seemed to be a lot of uncertainty over taxes and on checkout there seemed to be...

"Really fantastic hotel, and a great base from which to explore the Baie de Somme area. Very close to the sea front at Ault with the beautiful cliffs. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated throughout, high quality furnishings and excellent beds and other facilities. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again."
