"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. We were shocked to find the room merely a little over 10 sq. m. with no air conditioning, no coffee making facilities, no bathrobe extremely limited lake view and parking space etc. One of the worse value for money hotel I have visited in Europe!"
