"Lovely old farm house, like a museum. We stayed in the garden room. It was average could do with a face lift. Blinds were tatty need replacing. Large walk in showers, cold no heating in the bathroom. Small toilet, small squashed in sink. Wood door leading of bathroom, locked, had lots of furniture scraping noise early morning and late evening by the staff, we think. Garden outside our door was full of weeds and very unattractive. "Have been to the Tulbagh Boutique Hotel on many occasions and it was a pleasure to go back back The staff are friendly, helpful and work as a splendid team together. They set the standards for others to follow."

"The rooms were not cleaned properly. Behind the bed there was alot of dust and dead insects. The bed was never moved. Rhe bathroom was also dirty. Lots of drad insects. For the duration of the stay, the cleaning staff supposedly cleaned the room and bathroom but the dead insects and dust was never removed. The hotel look good on the outside and the entrance looked clean and welcoming. The location was good. Staff were friendly. "
