Breakfast buffet spread was extensive, with fresh cut fruits sliced up on demand and hot items cooked upon order. "The staff were extremely slow and never listened. Multiple occasions where I ordered something from room service or in the bar, and then had to chase staff 40 minutes later. It was easier to go to reception and get it myself. I tried organising a taxi for when I checked out the next day - reception staff were incapable. Very disappointing. "
