"Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and it's a very nice hotel. The room was very large and the food in the restaurant on site was very enjoyable. It's a 3 minute walk to the station and you can be in Zurich in 25 minutes. My only small criticism is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel but would recommend it to others."

We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). "Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day.
