"Lovely hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working and no one was available to fix it. Fortunately I could open the window without too much disturbance but it would have been nice if they could move my room or fix the problem."

"Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very varied. Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram"

"I was completely disappointed. I booked a room in a hotel and was "upgraded" to an apartment. That ment no service, there was no hairdryer or a water kettle. The hotel was supposed to have a pool etc. The front desk was closed so I had to check in and go for breakfast to a different hotel. The free parking apparently does not exist so I had to park (and pay) quite far away at a square and the staff in the other hotel could not do anything as they only give out the room key. If I wanted to stay...
