"Lovely hotel walkable in minutes to main square . Very comfortable room and spacious . I had a room that looked over the dining area and they were hosting a party so it was very noisy most of the day . Quiet hours are 10pm- 6 am but there was so much housekeeping noise and other customers talking loudly in the hallways from 7 am so hard to relax . Next time I will try to request a quieter room and not one that overlooks the dining area .my second stay here and would return again . "

"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise...

"Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. The food is absolutely superb and the most important, the people behind the bar... An absolute must stay if your this part of the world. A hotel I will use in my visits to this part of the world. "
