"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. The restaurant was empty at 6PM but when I wanted to dine there with my family we were refused and told to make a reservation with an earliest option of 8 PM! So we were forced to eat elsewhere. "Really loved the location of the property, even though it was the other side of the river from the town centre, there is a little ferry going every 10 minutes. I would recommend staying there for visiting Deventer. "

"Smashing hotel with a full range of facilities in a lovely setting. Close to motorway but no noise from it at night. I stayed for 2 nights whilst on a business trip in the area and would plan to do so next time. Dinner and breakfast the restaurant were both great. "

"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."
