"Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance."

"There was a banquet hall below the room which was constantly filled up with guests. Also the music was loud and it was very disturbing. Especially being an international traveller it was extremely inconvenient and we could not rest due to jet lag. Hygiene was another issue here because the bed sheets and pillow were dirty too."

"Property is absolute trash, the WiFi was so bad that I was not able send a basic whatsapp msg. The TV wasn't working, the water heater wasn't working, the ac could throw air at only a single temperature, the food was bad"

"Terrible service. Took 4-5 requests for everything. Flush wasn’t working well. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast started an hour late with slow service. Electrical were shot. I’d rate it as a 2 star hotel tops."

"I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "
