"A fabulous hotel situated just at the Rab Town ferry point. Gorgeous old and modern features inside, interesting artwork , marble staircase. A very calming atmosphere. The room with harbour balcony was large , very comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. Staff were very professional and polite. Never seen a bottle of fizz at the breakfast buffet before!"

"We booked because of the good reviews but the signage is hard to see so we circled the block for 10 min before finding it. There were so many cars in the driveway we parked across the street. The first impression was not good, it's like it's someone's house scattered with kids toys and bikes. The pool was super small and cloudy so we didn't go in plus there were people and kids everywhere. "We arrived late and there was no one on reception. We tried the phone number provided but it didn’t connect. A disappointing check in experience. "

"The hotel is very poorly managed! The upkeep of rooms is almost non existent. The personal is mostly very friendly, but missing of right guidlance and caring professional menager is obvious. The food in “ a la carte “ restaurant is barely eatable. The property itself is really nice and it hurts to see how little would be needed to have a very nice hotel."

"Schöne Unterkunft und mit 4 Appartements wird der Pool geteilt. Einchecken und Übergabe war problemlos. Wermutstropfen war, dass die Kaution nicht mit Karte bezahlt werden konnte, sondern bar hinterlegt werden muss. "
