"Excellent service provided by every staff in the hotel. Besides, my daughter was feeling unwell during the trip. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and Manager Mr Wang helped us to arrange for doctor visit. We would like to thank every staff in the hotel. The price is steeper than most hotels in the Chongqing city . However, the service level provided exceeded the price. We would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for the best. "

"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "

"My husband and I are international teachers in Chongqing. We stayed at The Radisson for a weekend to check out the hot springs nearby. The hotel was lovely. It was less than 500 feet from the hot springs. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Dinner at the hotel was a bit overpriced for the quality, however the free breakfast was amazing. "
