"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...

"We only spent one night here, but loved every minute of it. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel resort as an option for a stay in Porec. "

"Parking is free, but a block or so from the hotel and unpaved. The general condition of the parking area is not confidence inspiring, but we had no problems. The room was very clean and tidy, but small. The shower was possibly the smallest I've ever been in, aside from an RV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
