"The hotel itself is very nice and has an XL parking area for guests which is great. The downside started when I walked in to talk to the front desk to check in - she passed me my keys and didn’t explain any of the amenities: hours of operation for the gym, the pool, the laundry, the restaurant… etc. She said everything I needed would be on this little sheet that was attached to my room key package. I chose this hotel because I wanted to feel safe and comfortable in a nicer hotel in the area,...
