"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "

However during my visit I was periodically exposed to their contracted labourers using both an impact drill and an impact concrete breaker directly above my room and in the corridor. This experience went on without a resolution for over 5 days. With noise being quite severe and causing an absolute nuisance. "Lacks functioning facilities. Plumbing working improperly. Bedding looked unclean. No heating. Treats emplyees inhumanely. Staff was polite, & respectfull. Breakfast was fine. "

"Room good but small to acomodate 3 with extra mattress no extra bed available , otherwise everything is good . Bath needs upgradation . "
