"The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. "This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "
