I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed. Calling the phone number on the door didn't resolve anything as it went to a voicemail box. "This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. It's true that the furniture and decor are a little old-fashioned, but everything is sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms have huge balconies as well. I plan to come again, and again :) totally recommend! "

"Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation. "

"Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, elegant, im klassischen Stil,wunderschön. Jeder Raum ein kleines Schmuckstück! Ein herrlicher Garten,viele Blumen,charmante kleine Ecken... kleines, feines Pool. Der Ort nicht prickelnd, aber eine herrliche Aussicht!
