"This was a nice place to stay..It was quiet and people were friendly. Specific to our unit, the only things that I feel needed attention was perhaps adding some ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. It seemed like the air conditioner struggled a bit and may need updating. I imagine it would not have been cool enough in the summer. The bathroom should be updated. But everything else at the condo was very nice. "

"For the price I’d say it was worth it. The condo was fairly clean, easy to navigate, beach was great, pools left a lot to be desired but the kids still had fun. No hot tub. There were cockroaches outside but didn’t have any issues inside. Cable tv was meh. All in all we’d stay again. If you’re not expecting top notch luxury you’ll be satisfied whether you bring kids or not. "

"I think people really overreacted about this property. People were nice so was the staff our room was great we had plenty of towels and paler towels. The view was great had the coach turn into a sofa and another bed that could be pull of the bed and then the two main beds. I slept like a baby I don’t think this property is as bad as other make it out to be would definitely stay here again!"

"My family of four (21 and 9y/o) stayed 3 nights. The property management representative, Amanda is amazing! Very attentive, accessible and knowledgeable. The property itself - great location, accessible to the beach within minutes, nice neighborhood. Downfall - property needs to be better maintained and updated. Bed sheets and bath linen are very worn and not hotel grade. Main bathroom has mold in the grout, second garage door malfunctions, out door patio furniture cushions need to be protected...

"The apartment was great. Wear and tear but expected with long term rentals. Any issue that occurred, hosteeva was out within a few hours to fix. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. "
