"The welcome we got was fantastic. Everyone called us sir and madam. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and tidy, although way too hot. We had to turn the radiator off and open the window. The food was delicious and the waiters very attentive. "This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is pet friendly, which was why I booked it. I did feel that the surcharge of £30 was a bit high, but then you do get a comprehensive goody bag for your pet. The reception staff were fantastic once again, providing a silky smooth check in. My only gripe is the £10 parking fee. I feel that if you are staying at the hotel this should be wavered. Will definitely stay here again."
