"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "Loved our stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was amazing proper pub meals all laid out well. Only down point was the shower, it was scolding hot. So unable to enjoy a needed shower after walking the coastal path. "
