"We booked the apartment but there was an issue with WIFI. The staff offered 2 double in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Big bed and nice bathroom. No international channels on tv."

"The hotel is well located (from My point of view). The Champagne houses are very close (we had a car). The staff is very nice and they respond very quickly if you have any demands. Some of the staff does not speak English. Room size is perfect. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. "

The grounds and surrounding area feel like you are in a fairy tale. We ate at the restaurant (the more casual one) and it was fantastic. The staff at the hotel were also working at the restaurant, and they are so friendly. Stay here, you will not regret it."

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"This was one of the best places to stay at. I've been coming to Epernay for years as my mothers family is from the area and never thought I would stay on the Ave de Champagne! Without a doubt I will come back. Being able to go to the farmers market on Saturday and buy so many wonderful fresh foods to cook and enjoy in a home setting was nice.
