The only slight thing was we arrived on Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed as was most restaurants. But we ate at a restaurant called the metro around 20 minutes walk away which was fine."

"We chose this property for location and for the advertised spa but didn’t understand that the staff closed it at 5 pm so if check in is 3 pm and you’re only staying one night that’s a very short time in the hot tub or sauna. It’s a beautiful setting and the breakfast was superb. "

"It’s a cute property—small and quaint. The breakfast area is a cute alcove down in a basement whose surroundings look like a cave. Too cute. There’s kinda like a spiraling stairway down and then up again so a person with severe disabilities may not be able to partake in the complimentary breakfast unless someone fixes a plate and takes it upstairs in the lobby area. "We stayed one night on the way to the south of France. Hotel was perfect for a stopover. Very clean with lovely staff. Rooms are functional but bed was comfy and shower was hot. Excellent breakfast. We drove into Nevers and walked along the river. Filled with petrol at the local supermarket and ate at a pizza restaurant just down the road. "

"I stayed one night with 2 friends in a triple room - but we were told at the time of booking that we could be provided with 3 single beds. Turned out not to be the case as our room had a double and a single bed and it was not possible to get 3 single beds. We survived that for one night - but cannot accept to share a bed with a double duvet - so asked reception for an extra duvet.
