"We are obsessed with this hotel. The staff was amazing!! The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were so nice. The ladies in the store and the folks at the front desk were all fabulous and always had a smile on their face. The pool says it’s heated but it’s definitely freezing! They have a Starbucks onsite, which we were really excited about, but the staff that helped us didn’t know how to make the drinks on their menu, the bar drinks were fantastic though. We returned late one evening (9:45pm) and were told we couldn’t order food, but others were ordering food at the bar so I think some disconnect in what is available at what times in the evening. Outside of that, the stay was phenomenal and we would absolutely recommend to friends and family for their visit to Disneyland Paris. "

"This was so conveniently located right opposite exit 2 of Val d’Europe station - very welcoming very clean. I had booked a studio for just me, I had a lovely room (lounge/kitchen/diner), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC - couldn’t fault it very good for families wanting to stay near Disneyland paris"

"A great hotel very close to Disneyland Paris, with a convenient shuttle service. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was that the room temperature was a bit high and couldn't be adjusted. Other than that, everything was perfect."
