"Mohamed greeted us at the front desk when we arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. He was so friendly and welcoming. We were too early to check in but he got us coffee and water and invited us to have breakfast if we wanted as it was being served (large buffet). We stored our luggage and planned our day while we ate and waited for our room. "
