"The hotel is charming and centrally located. Sintra is a beautiful city with many enchanting palaces to see. The city is very walkable. In Sintra, the Uber and taxi fares' costs were reasonable. Ella, our hotel receptionist, gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend the Sintra Boutique Hotel if you are visiting Sintra, Portugal."

"Rooms were clean and simple the town is what you expect from an old fishing town quaint and authentically Portuguese mixing old and young but do not underestimate the dining options there are plenty. The proprietors and staff at the Ericeira Soul guesthouse were lovely, friendly and informative. Breakfast which was included was good too! "

This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows...
