"Visited Milan for 2 days from NJ, USA. Hotel was great.. friendly staff, clean, good sized rooms. Only downside was the area around- definitely need a car to get around. "

"The staff was so nice. Noy sure why, but we were placed in a handicap room. The bathroom was set up for someone requiring a wheelchair. The shower head leaked, so when we showered, absolutely the entire bathroom got soaked. It was a soggy mess. The front desk attendant was so nice- he made us the best cups of cappuccino for our inconvenience. "
