"The hotel was pretty good but I booked the airport shuttle and it was 35 minutes late picking me up at the hotel. When the car wasn’t there at 5:30, I asked the front desk to call and I don’t think that he called until it was almost 20 mins late. I was not happy. I have to run to the gate and have to rush my 84 years old mother to tag along. That was the worst experience I had from a hotel. I don’t want to blame the hotel but it was the staff and the car service that were to blame."

"I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was a perfect location for our first Olympic event. Seriously two minutes walking from RER. Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! "Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely "

"Too far from Paris. Was charged for breakfast. Then there was that surprise at the end about paying $100 in taxes I knew nothing about. Nobody spoke English and cheap tickets advertise they speak English. Also the pool was locked and we could not use it."

It is about about a 25 minute walk into a small town nearby which we really enjoyed,there is not much close by, it it makes for a perfect stopover from the airport!"
