"The staff was amazing. Clean, neat and the breakfast was wonderful. The receptionist at the restaurant was a fire ball of energy. She did it all and with a smile too. Lovely person. The other staff was amazing too. So polite and friendly, even though many patrons were rude and arrogant they smiled though it all. Good job to all staff and people running this place. "

"The hotel was very clean, and we really liked the way it was decorated. Overall, the service was excellent, and the location made it easy for us to access all of our planned activities in Dublin, including the Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College, and plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. "Everything looked very clean but there was a fairly strong smell of dogs each time we entered the room so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with pet allergies. The host was very friendly and accommodating on breakfast time although we had to leave prior."
