Great selection of cereals, but pancakes were stone cold, even when delivered from the kitchen. And no butter available for the toast. And the dining room is far too small for the demand. Our room had a kettle and cups, but only two sachets of coffee, no tea or milk. We used the coffee the first night, so asked for more, only to be told that we could...

"Tranquility if it’s part of what you are looking for. Very clean and modern hotel. Quality breakfast but very very very very basic. Options very limited and same very basic breakfast everyday. But all else is great. Slept well. Cool. Peaceful. "

"What was unique about this was me and my wife were about 3 minutes late to the breakfast area, the hours were like around 8am to 10 am. Although we were a bit late there was a guy there who looked Indian , and he was very nice to us and had let us finish our breakfast in peace and even told us not to forget to have something to drink before we left. I feel like this was very excellent customer service. I give this hotel an overall 10/10 ⭐️ and I recommend it as it has great service all around"
