"We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "Fabulous location hotel very good but we did not get the room that we thought we had booked and instead got a 3rd floor room that required stairs. As I have mobility problems this did not suit so we were offered the only other available room which was a cheaper room with no balcony. The hotel offered a free breakfast for our stay and after much battling hotel.com refunded us 15% by way of compensation "

"We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left. "
