Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

"Beautiful from start to finish. Such a peaceful, relaxing and calming stay. Nothing was too much trouble from transport to the centre, breakfast every morning, food by the pool etc. The property and grounds are stunning; we had a tour with the owner and every corner was handcrafted to perfection. The Staff were so lovely, friendly and attentive, however the hotel is located in a very rural area and you will be charged quite a bit for transport to and from the hotel and in and out of the city. We definitely paid more than expected on taxis and transfers.
