"Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare. We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out. Clearly stated on my reservation was noon. "Nice, old hotel. Decent free breakfast. Dinner was a bit “stuffy” for my tastes but the tables were busy so it must be good. Luggage storage behind the front desk was no problem at all when we asked if we could leave our bags and walk around town. "

"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great. "

"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Das Hotel ist sehr schick, modern, idyllisch im Grünen gelegen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet alles was üblich ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist neu und chic. Das Hotel ist sehr nachhaltig unterwegs, heizt leider die Zimmer nicht vor, daher sollte man nach dem Eintreffen die Heizung starten um dann nicht im kühlen nächtigen zu müssen. Nur aus diesem Grund muss ich der Bank einen Abzug in der Wertung machen."
