Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. "The owner of the property was easy to communicate with prior to our stay, and ensured someone would be there to check us in when we arrived from the ferry. It was a nice, private location away from the “hustle and bustle” of the daily tourists. The hot tub was an excellent touch and the view from the place was unmatched. "

"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and...

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room.
