"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the town center, La Petite Venise (Little Venice), and the shopping areas by walking. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too."

"Well located hotel with nice rooms but the bathrooms need to be updated & modernised. Plenty of places to eat nearby ideal location for Colmar & visiting Alsace region. Very good breakfast with wide choice. The added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for a reasonable additional cost"

"Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff. We arrived late as a stop over through France on a family ski trip. We still made a short trip yo Colmar in the evening and then had the best night’s sleep! Would definitely recommend. "

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. "We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend.
