We were able to have breakfast in the room before heading out on long days of sightseeing and we were able to relax at the end of the day with a drink in our room. The front desk staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. "

"We chose this hotel because it advertised (on the hotels.com site) an accessible shuttle to and from the airport. The large bus shuttle that took us to airport in the morning was accessible, but the small van that picked us up the night before was not accessible. The distance from inside the van to street level is a wide gap and I ended up injuring myself when I lost my footing and hit the door jamb with my head and and shoulder. "
