Constance has such a calm and friendly manner and was so welcoming and spoke wonderful English as well as the many other languages of people staying here. She recommended the restaurant next door for that evening which had on a fun fortnightly even that she was going to and it really was! "Great host and room. I was travelling with an 83 year old friend, so the steps were a bit tough. "

"This hotel is situated on the edge of the town overlooking park land. My room was spacious but a bit tired. Breakfast was basic. I stayed on a Tuesday night. The onsite restaurant was closed as was the nearest off site restaurant so it was quite a walk to get dinner. If i was in the area again i'd probably choose somewhere else"

"Really clean and comfortable and a great welcome from the hosts. Great recommendations for eating out nearby. They do evening meals if requested in advance. There are two saunas at the property which I didn't get to use but if I had the time, would have loved to. Breakfast was perfect. The fried eggs have to be tasted to be believed. I cant recommend this place any higher. Perfect."

"Excellent boutique style B&B. Daniel and Linda were perfect hosts. Lovely freshly prepared breakfast. 1 minute walk to tram into Antwerp centre/railway station. Good base for visiting Brussels, Ghent and Brugges. Local restaurant/bar the Café Exter well worth a visit. Plenty of local parks for a gentle stroll. Thoroughly enjoyable break."
