"Comfortable room. Great location. We had several bags and to get it to our specific room once we used the elevated had to take some odd/tricky steps to get it up the stairs and into the room. Sink had a significant leak from the pipes. We reported and just asked for a bucket to catch the water as we didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving the bags again. Pleasant staff. Overall good experience for a quick 22h layover stop to leave our bags "

Too small hotel for my taste but the staff are wonderfully helpful and did their very best for us . The spa and treatments has the usual issue of availability so need to book as soon as you arrive. Didn’t cater for the weekend rush as completely booked out. Really recommend the area - could not be better for dinners and mooching. "

I love a free minibar (non-alcoholic drinks only, but still appreciated) and there were little dishes of sweets set out in the evening. The Eiffel Tower was a five minute walk, as was the Seine. The food was good, the area beautiful and convenient and - I say again - the staff were outstanding. "
