"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. "Great location adjacent to the main train station. Room was spacious quiet and comfortable with attention to details that made the room a nice place to come back to each day. Staff were very helpful even if my French was terrible. "

"The only thing I would suggest is that they check their a/c, they worked but they were turned up during the day and when we returned we had to lower the temperature down and it took time to cool down. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure."
