I was not a fan of the room, but the room was clean and was centrally located, walkable to Old Town and close to the main Zurich HB station which made it easy to go to the airport and other towns easily. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Overall a nice experience. "

"This was a great place to stay with a toddler. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was a short 10 minute walk to the subway/bus station. The breakfast was sufficient ( eggs, cold cuts, croissants, bread and cereal). We really loved the lattes and the staff. Would stay here again. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hirschen. Right in the heart of Zurich, you can walk anywhere and even walk from the Train Station (Zurich HB) to the hotel. There are so many restaurants and shopping around the hotel. The staff was always so kind and very welcoming. The highlight of this place was the cute dogs always around reception. Chloe and Hector really made our stay at Hotel Hirschen so much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
