"The hotel was within walking distance of the train station, as well as a grocery store at the back of the hotel. If I had to complain about anything, it was having to take the bus to get to place like Marienplatz which took 30-35 mins."

We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "
