"Pros: the staff is ok and breakfast was kind of decent. Cons: the bathroom was ridiculously small, literally you can’t sit on toilet. The shower is also very, very small. The hotel building is very old and the room is outdated. "

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"Hotel had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, location suited us - with good public transport links. There were a few things in the room which showed maintenance hadn't been done to the highest standards but nothing which reduced the comfort or function of the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay "

"We were only here for one night, and had to leave early so we missed out of the breakfast. The property is very nice, very quiet, and had plenty of parking. The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."

"This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. I had had a 6 hour drive in bad weather to get there, so whilst my wife went to the San Pellegrino spa I stayed to rest and find somewhere to eat.
