"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "Amazing hotel with spa and pool. Super buffet breakfast. Excellent reception with English speaking staff and beautiful statues. Restaurant built 100 years ago but hotel 6 years ago. Felt brand new, absolute luxury, power sockets everywhere. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Great health benefits to Heart and lungs from the air and water 👍"

"It has a bed and breakfast feel. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Nice kitchen to use. Lovely property and a small pool and play area for young kids. Nice and helpful staff. a 5 min walk from Town Hall with all the shops and restaurants. Only downfall is that some properties in that area are run down and many abandoned. "

"The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"
