"The cleanliness is disgusting. Water is leaking from the ceiling. The toilet is leaking. The reception desk doesn't sit still, you have to search for it for an hour. the towel is not changed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel"

"We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!"

"I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I showed the confirmation from Expedia and they provided me a room. I like the bed, but I wanted "hot" shower after a long drive."

"I am highly disappointed. There is no front desk. I called the hotel number immediately I arrived Kigali airport from Lagos as instructed but my calls were ignored. I became stranded. I had to go to another hotel (Kigali Diplomat) for the entire period of my stay even though I had already paid fully."
