"First time staying here. The property is amazing for families. It’s very safe and secluded with a gated entrance. There plenty to do such as the arcade, movies, pool and activities. However, we were not able to get into our assigned place until 5pm. With 3 kids traveling over 6 hours and dinner plans, this was less than ideal. "Just spent a week here. The property is really nice. There are a lot of great activity here like bike rentals, pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball and mini golf. There is also an indoor activity area with a small movie theater. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are small but heated and very nice. "This hotel sits on a beautiful property. I would give it 5 stars but there were two challenges: one of the elevators did not work my entire stay so we had to wait a long time"

"Beautiful property! Close to many of the surrounding attractions - Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. There was an option to attend a session about timeshare but no one pressured you about it. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location adjacent to the winery and restaurant. The room was much smaller than I anticipated, based on the photos. The bathroom was more dated than I was expecting, too. There was a LavAzza espresso machine in the room, however no directions. I found a video online and made a cup. It was yummy, but the machine was LOUD. I'm sure I woke guests in adjacent rooms. The winery and restaurant next door were wonderful! "
