"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. "Stay was pleasant with an amazing view. Close to the center of Zakopane, Gubalowka. We had to pay 12 zl when we checked in- no idea for what? Breakfast and pass for the swimming pool and hot terms were included. Unfortunately, we haven't got a bath plug to our bath. So we couldn't have a batha, the shower was very poor. I had to wait 1 day for the staff to find a bath plug! Remember to bring your own bath plug!"
