I had a last minute delay and they refunded my first night even though it was past the cut-off date. "It was really warm, and the cooling in the rooms was not controllable. It just shut off and on whenever it was programmed to, I assume. It is a different part of the world, and I realize that opening windows is a norm, but with rain storms, hot humid weather, and no fans in the room, it could have been better. We survived and enjoyed the stay in Holic."
