"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. "Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "
