"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. "호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다. 호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. "

The Kangs accommodated our late arrival by picking us up at the Busan train station and provided transportation, at an incredible rate for us 7 in our family. "Convenient location in Okpo, clean and tidy. Front desk staff very helpful. FSR bus pick up by front door for Hanwha yard workers (not main gate). Only complaint would be poor choice at breakfast - although it was inclusive in my room rate."
